Irrespective of the type of cotton, the more cotton your fabric has, the greater is its ability to absorb colors and paint. Hence, with a printing method that contains water-based ink, complex designs and high levels of detail, cotton will be the ideal choice.
You can easily tell the quality of cotton by its touch: cotton fabrics made from 100% ELS (extra-long staple), or finely combed cotton feel smooth and nearly silky.

Pre-shrunk t-shirts are manipulated by the manufacturer using a controlled process to shrink the fabric before selling them. Pre-shrunk materials can be washed and dried after purchasing and the material is usually able to form back to its original shape
Cotton shrinks because of the tension that is applied to its yarn and fabrics during the construction of the clothing. ... This is why most cotton clothing will shrink during its first washing. The best way to avoid shrinkage is to wash them by hand or to use cold water and the delicate cycle of your washing machine
Hot water shrinks cotton. When the washing is over, line dry the clothes to prevent shrinking in the dryer. Reshape cotton sweaters and other delicates and dry them flat on top of the dryer or on a drying rack. If you want to dry your garments in the dryer, do so on a low or no-heat setting.
Wash your cotton t shirts by hand or use your washing machine's delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid putting any clothing made from natural fiber in the dryer. Instead, invest in a few folding tables and allow your cotton tees to dry flat. They can also be hung on hangers to dry.
If you follow our care instructions, Leoliy products will not shrink in any noticeable way, so we do not suggest ordering assuming shrinkage. If you dry your shirts, you may see a little static shrinkage, but you’ll find that the fit doesn’t change much. We have found that our products wear a little longer if you don’t use warm wash and dry, which is why we suggest cold.
