What if the product doesn't fit me?

Leoliy strongly suggests, before ordering go through the size chart and choose your right fit.

What is your return policy?

Here’s the process to return an item:1. - Before you return your item, you must contact at or Whats-app at 9119198013 to obtain approval for the return. If you send us a T-shirt without an official approval, we will not be able to process your return.

2. - Upon approving your return, we’ll send you a address where to return via email.

3. - You must ship your return to us within 5 days of receiving your email or we may not be able to process your return.

4. - Once receive your item, we’ll process your return and refund your card for your purchase price.

Can I exchange items from my order?

If you have issues with size at present we are not able to exchange your order.

I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?

Leoliy stands behinds the quality of its products and will happily replace products with manufacturing defects. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please notify us including a picture of the defect.

In most cases, we’ll be able to send out a replacement ASAP.

Note that T-shirts eventually wear out, especially if you wash and dry them on warm. Our policy only covers actual defects, not wear and tear, but we will err on the customer’s side in these judgments.

When will my return be refunded?

Upon receiving the product back in its original condition along with its tag intact, and Quality Check, we shall then initiate your refund as per your request. We would require a further 5-10 Business Days to process your exchange. We typically wire it back into your bank account.

How do I send the product back?

You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.

Can Leoliy arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?

No, we do not offer this service at the moment.

Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.We will reimburse you Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we don't do international shipping at present. But will start soon.

When will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?

Orders placed on Monday – Friday by 2pm ISD go out that day. Otherwise, they’ll go out the next business day. Shipping times vary by location, but orders should generally arrive within 4-7 days of your order.

How will I know if the product is shipped?

We send regular updates via email and sms regarding the product delivery

What are the care instructions for your T-shirts?

If you follow our care instructions, Leoliy products will not shrink in any noticeable way, so we do not suggest ordering assuming shrinkage. If you dry your shirts, you may see a little static shrinkage, but you’ll find that the fit doesn’t change much. We have found that our products wear a little longer if you don’t use warm wash and dry, which is why we suggest cold.

Cash On Delivery Terms and Conditions

Is there any terms and conditions for Cash On Delivery (COD)?

By availing Cash on Delivery (COD) facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cash on Delivery is not provided on orders above Rs. 600/-

2. Rs. 50/- will be charged extra for COD orders.

3. Cash On Delivery orders will be booked only if your pin code is serviceable for COD by our Courier Partners.

4. Customers can refuse to pay of COD orders, but the only valid reason to refuse to receive and pay for a COD order is for wrong product/s or damaged products delivered (ie. orders delivered are not what was actually ordered).

Any other reason for refusing a COD order (including false allegations of wrong product/s delivered) will constitute a serious violation of the terms of use of our COD service. A simple change of mind will not be honored.
We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate the terms of use of any of our services.

5. Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the CoD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the CoD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment.

6. Any dispute arising out is subject to the jurisdiction of Leoliy Wears, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
